Fe3(PO4)2 when dissolved breaks up into 5 ions. 3 Fe ions, and 2 PO4 ions. So for every mole of Fe3(PO4)2 in the solution, there are 3 moles of Fe ions created. Therefore 3 * 7.08 M = 21.24M which to 3 significant figures is 21.2 M
