I believe this should be a mission statement. It is a statement of the organization's purpose, what it wants to achieve or accomplish in the larger environment. The mission statement of a company should clearly communicate what it does (what type of products or services the company provides), it should be clear, concise and useful to the consumer or the public. In addition it may include, the primary customers or market and the region of operation.
