if you read 4 pages in 6 minutes, that means you read 2/3 of a page each minute. if you need to read 6 pages, then you divide 6 by 2/3 to get 9 minutes. 
If you read 4 pages in 6 minutes, you divide 4 by 6=  1 minute and 50 seconds per page. 1.50 × 6 would give you ( 9 minutes to read 6 pages )
