The Consumer Product Safety Commission​ or in short (CPSC) has the authority to ban or seize potentially harmful products and set severe penalties for violation of the​ law.
The CPSC tries to advance the security of consumer items by tending to "unreasonable dangers" of damage organizing assessed, items that are the subject of purchaser protestations or industry reports, and so forth.
