If you roll a single fair die and count the number of dots on top, what is the probability of getting an even number or a 5 on a single throw?

P(5)  = 1/6
P(even number) = 3/6 = 1/2

P( even or 5) = 1/6 + 1/2 = 4/6  = 2/3

2/3 is the answer
