If James can swim 10 laps in 23 minutes, what would be his expected time for 15 laps?

10 = 23.
5 must then = 11.5
so 15... (OH MY GOODNESS HOW COULD THIS BE) = 34.5 mins. - or 34 mins, 30 secs.
