how is cytokinesis in a plant similar to cytokinesis in animal cells? how is it?

1)  In plant cell there is no cleavage or constriction ; instead there is a cell plate formation followed by cell wall formation . 

2)  In animal cell there is a cleavage of the cytoplasm between the two daughter nuclei and a constriction separates the two cells . There is no cell plate / cell wall formation .
