5(x+3)=3(2x-1)
**distribute
 5x+15=6x-3
-5x       -5x
 **get like term together
15=x-3
+3   +3
**get x alone on one side of the equation

18=x
check your work by replacing the variable x with 18
5(18+3)=3(2·18 -1)
5·21=3·35
105=105  yes!
