At y intercept, the co-ordinates are;
(0, -3) and the second point is (3,0)
Gradient, m= [tex] \frac{change in y}{change in x} [/tex]
m=[tex] \frac{0--3}{3-0} [/tex]
m=[tex] \frac{3}{3} [/tex]
m=1
y=x+c
Replacing for x and y using point (3, 0);
0=3+c
c=-3
y=x-3
