The warming of the climate at the end of the Ice Age did not affect the move to Mesopotamia.

The statement laid out as this question is FALSE. Geoscientists do believe that a change of climate was a major factor driving population movement in the area of what was then Mesopotamia. There were of course other factors too, but from what we can work out from geological records the climate was the largest driving force.
