Step-by-step explanation:

34-7x=15+12x

Add 7x to both sides of equation because the oppisite of -7x is +7x

34-7x+7x=15+12x+7x

34=15+19x

Subtract 15 from both side of equation because the oppisite of 15 is -15

34-15=15-15+19x

19=19x

Divide both sides by 19 to get x alone

19/19=19x/19

1=x
