If you learned oratory, what could you do?

Oratory is the art of being able to speak in public efficiently. So if you learned how to do this then you would be able to speak to large crowds or rooms of people eloquently and clearly and confidently. An orator is someone who uses his oral (speaking skills) abilities to talk to people in public situations.
