The moral reasoning stage reflected is "conventional".


In the conventional stage , social rules and conventions overwhelm the individual's perspective of morality. Moral acts at this stage are practices that please others as well as fit in with the standards and laws of the general public. "Stealing isn't right since it is illegal" and "coming clean in light of the fact that my folks need me to" both reflect traditional thinking. Kohlberg found that most young people reason inside this conventional system.
