First we have to understand what incenter is.

Incenter of a triangle is the point where the angle bisectors intersects.

It means

[tex] \angle B=2*37=74
\\
\angle A =2*32=64 [/tex]

And sum of measurement of angles of a triangle = 180

[tex] \angle A + \angle B + \angle C=180
\\
64+74+ \angle C =180
\\
\angle C=180 -134 = 46 [/tex]

Therefore,

[tex] \angle DCA=(1/2)*46=23 [/tex]
